Hello guys. I am a chemical engineer who in 2015 decided to quit his career to go sailing and complete the dreamed navigation around the planet. I sold my boat in Brazil (a Fast 365) and bought the one I have now (an Alubat Ovni 395) in Norway. It was a crazy decision and had never planned to start in Oslo, but was a chance to meet some fjords, the coast of Sweden, dock in Copenhagen, stay in the harbor of Amsterdam, navigate the North Sea, Bay of Biscay, the islands of Caribbean, crossing two oceans and today enjoying the beauties
of French Polynesia. There are already more than 20,000 miles navigated. The Ovni 395 is a very resistant aluminum boat, built for long distance trips. As I am almost always sailing solo, I installed a rudder that is wonderful. In the passages, take the boat alone, quiet and without wasting energy. If you want to know more about these adventures and still know this paradise that is French Polynesia , come and spend a few days here with me.
